what is better? laptop or desktop?

i want to buy new desktop or new laptop. i can't decide what to buy; can u help me to decide people?

yes it's true that laptops are very sensitive. the keyboard for example can break down only after a year of use. I still prefer to have a laptop though because i can bring the unit around wherever i go. i need this a lot because i am an online writer with a lot of other things going on.

laptop is very advantage to me because of my course which is BS Information Technology. we do lot of programmings and heavy projects so i can bring it at my school. but the disadvantage laptop is very sensitive. but i can take care of it.. and laptops are more expensive than desktops.

I guess it depends on the person you are.If you are always moving around then go for a laptop but if your mostly at home or something like that go for a desktop.

I find desktop very comfortable. Laptop is very sensitive.
We can always easily look the spare parts of the desktop when something is wrong. AS far as i know.

i prefer using a laptop because it's convenient and i can bring it everywhere i go. i can also use it for school works, etc. aside from that, my brother won't even dare to use it because he's not really comfortable in using a laptop when he's playing online games or either just surfing

i would really love a laptop especially because of the wifi. you can surf the net basically everywhere, everywhere i can post on my lot!
