The price of gas

It seems that our gas prices keep rising. Most of us have had to make some changes to our lifestyle and a few people I know have actually sold their cars. I find that I walk a little more than I did before...like walking to the store because I really didn't need to take the car in the first place. I see more carpooling for work and kid's activities too. Have you made any changes to compensate for the rising price of gas?

I had to redo our budget to include the ever changing of gas prices right now though around here prices have dropped like there is no tomorrow and the lines at some of the stores are rediculous because the prices have dropped so mych. Although I have driven out about two hours and noticed that other places are still very high.

As of the moment, we have not yet done some rearrangement in our car use...but maybe later when it gets to a point that we can't no longer afford using our cars the way we're doing it now. You see, I use my car in going to my place of work which is just some 10 minutes drive. With that distance, I don't really consume so much gas. Of course, we don't go to the malls or grocery stores frequently anymore. If ever, we use my son's car, which consumes little gas or is fuel efficient. I only go to the city when it is really important, otherwise, we just stay home, and I do mylotting on weekends...
