You want a remedy to help it? My sister is 4 months prgnant and is still having morning sickness. She said the only thing that helps is eating grapes every morning and every night before going to bed. You should try it!

Sorry to hear the morning sickness has gotten to ya! I know how you feel. I couldn't keep anything down with my 1st or 3rd. The Dr. gave me some nausea/vomiting pills to help stop it with my 3rd baby, but I refused to take them. I didn't like taking medicine when I was pregnant not knowing what it may do.
It got so bad one time I ended up in the ER from dehydration. They ended up pumping 2 bags of IV fluids in me and I felt much better and went home.
Keep drinking as much as possible! Good Luck!

*lol* I'm at 12 weeks and so far, I've been very lucky. The MS has only struck me a few times so far. But, today was a different story. It struck...and it struck hard. I got so ill, I saw the walls were spinning and I wanted to die. It didn't help that I had to go potty before I threw up the first time. So, I got myself a bucket, sat on the potty and did both.

thanks. I have been craving milk products lately but they make me sicker after I eat or drink them...I need to try to find a different type of milk, one that is easier on the stomach! =)
Steak and potatoes are actually the only thing I can eat comfortably! =) oh and chocolate chip cookies!

Morning/all day sickness is the worse!! I had with all four of my pregnacys. As much as it is awful, it is also a good sign that your pregnancy is okay, something to do with those crazy hormones. With the babies that I miscarried the first sign that something was wrong was the end of my sickness, the same was true for my SIL.
As for help, flat ginger ale was great, ginger tea also helped. And I read somewhere that the wrisit bands that you can buy to stop seasickness also help. Plenty of fluids and rest, but if you have other little ones the rest part maybe impossible.
Take care
