How do you unwind?

How do you destress? Do you have a special routine or favourite thing that calms and relaxes you?

When I want to unwind, I turn on my computer and listen to some good music. I try to earn a buck or two here on MyLot. It's nice to be able to earn money for something I spend a lot of time doing anyway. If they want to pay me to chat, good!
