Rains - In Mumbai - Similar To 2005 Floods ?

Today - 30-07-2007 The Rains In Mumbai Is So Heavy That It Is Looking Almost Similar To What Happened In 2005.But I Hope That Such Thing Doesnt Happen Again.The Trains Have Stopped Working Since 3:00 Am In Morning,The Cab And Rickshaws Are Also Less Than Usual And Many Places Have Been Flooded With Water.Even The Best Buses Are Less And Very Late.Pray For Mumbai That Things Remain Well And Good As On Top Of All This The Weather Department Is Forcasting Heavy Rains For 48 Hours.

Still the administration never learns for the past experiences. They could have taken steps to clean the drainage system before the monsoon starts. Every year this is happening and they should have implemented permanent solution to this problem.
