I like canned tuna and salmon and that is about it. Anything that has small bones you have to worry about I'm not interested in and I can't stand lobster.

O buttefly thank you for recalling the evening I had spent at a beach of Kaunatan, a beautiful town of Malaysia. We had taken there a dinner consisted on different varities of sea food. I dont remeber the names of delicious dishes. But I could not forget the taste and way of serving by the ladies hosts wearing white uniform of the restorent situated at the beach. We live far away from sea at a hill station of our country Pakistan, thus every thing served there was new to us. What a charming evening and then night was that. I should recall it as unforgetable romantic evening and night with sea food and soft drinks. Ah, want to go there again to enjoy eating of sea food. but it is not possible now.

hmm, i realy love seafoods i will send u my prefer recipe, its a baked salmon. Baked Salmon Fillets (servings 4 per recipe) Ingredients: 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon 3 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter, melted Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degreesC). Line a shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Place salmon skin-side down on foil. Spread a thin layer of mustard on the top of each fillet, and season with salt and pepper. Top with bread crumbs, then drizzle with melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. hope u like it, enjoy!
