I don't think you can retrive your deleted mails if it has been removed from your trash folder. If it is still in trash folder you can retrieve it. I guess the mails that you delete will be kept in trash folders for a specific time period, so you better check your trash folder and check whether it is still there, else I doubt you can retirve. you can better ask the yahoo customer service.

Once your e-mail has been deactivated due to inactivity, the username will be deleted and all information will be erased. You can still use the same username or reactivate the account by calling yahoo customer service account verification department.
