Help me with making a blog

I have a website which i have not updated in a while i am looking for somewhere that gives you a free blog which i can advertise on such as googleadsence and stuff. It must be quite easy to use aswell as i found a site the other day and struggled to find out how to use it.

i use blogger and i think its easy , i learnt as i went on, i know quite a bit of it in 15 days, you will learn as you post there, its easy
