can any one tell me about the side effect of anti depressant its good but i want to know abot the precaution i shouid take during this treatment

yes they all have side effects they can calm you down but they could do serious impact on youir health and mental state so be carefull when using presciption pils if posibel alway avoid them

yes im trying to avoid them bur problem is that i m suffering from serious depression and my family member are always there to look after me and they are always present when i,m taking my tablet and i have no chance to avoid them and it is must to me to take tablet regularly but i,m fed of this as i m taking these tablet from three years

I think that you should be careful taking antidepressants. You could try to take them for a few months while engaging in intensive therapy. But I would not stay on them long term as you do not know what could come of it. Depression is painful, very painful. But also think about the great people like Poe, Einstein, and others who were depressed and made great accomplishments.
