There are lots of different memory cards available at the market. Sometimes I get confused. Like the SD card where after a few months became mini SD and now it's micro SD. There are also the MMC, Flash card, Memory Stick, and many more. Here in the philippines, memory cards are used mainly in cellphones and PSP. Me, I have a 256mb SD card for my phone and 32mb memory stick for my PSP.
How bout you? What memory card do you use and were do you use it?

Yeah you're right. Its prices changes so fast and so is the model. Today there are so many types of memory cards. What's next? Cameras with universal card slot? Just a thought. :-)

My cellphone uses SD card. My digital camera uses XD card and my husband's cellphone uses mini SD card. That means to say we have different memories storage cards at home but we can't exchange them.

Before, i was not very particular with the brand and types of memory card i use. Until one day when i was having different gadgets, i found out that every gadget has its own types of card so with the capacity of each card. I began also to classify what is SD card and and MMC. Also with the memory stick duo, the reduced size and even the CF card. So now using card is now a lot easier because i already know how to use them depending on what gadget you have, regardless of the capacity of the card. So my suggestion is to tell the store what is your gadget before buying a new one.
