im looking for sunday school lesson ideas for preschool class

as a sunday school teacher i am always looking for new ideas for teaching my preschool class. once a month we do something that isnt in our book or something extra to go with the lesson in our book. i love getting new ideas to use. i was wondering if anyone here had any ideas. it doesnt matter what religion you are i can always work with it to go with the Baptist religion since most religions have basically the same perpuse. lessons, Crafts, or just fun thing to learn about would be a big help. Thank in advance for any ideas given.

Maybe if you want to teach them a particular story, or parable from the bible, you could bring in costumes and let them act it out. That could be fun, and they would learn something as well. =)

we have tried this one. i dont think they learn much but they love it. they can usally tell you about their person. the kids have a ton of fun with it. thank for the sugestion.
