It seems that there is lots of heavy rains in many places around the world right now. In our state it is butted up against a drought. I just saw on the news that people where my brother lives are being evacuated, last week it was near my dad. We keep all of those people in soggy places in our prayers. Glad to hear that things are looking up for Mel.

NOt sure if we kept you all that sane but we did our best. So glad water is going down. Just prepare yourself for the worst and maybe it wont be that bad . hugs good luck

Hey no problem sweets. We were all worried about them. Im glad its going to be okay. Yes you probably will get a bit of a shock. But hey just remember as long as they are okay no sweat! And just enjoy your stay with them.

Thats the best news I have heard all day. I hope that the rain stays away from them. I will continue to keep them in my thoughts. I hope they don't let their guard down as this sort of thing can change rather quickly. I know my boyfriend would be glued to the weather channel if something like that was going on here.

I'm glad to hear that the waters receded and that everybody came through unharmed. Hopefully there shouldn't be too much damage, everything will just be muddy and stinking!

Hi gabs. I just happened to see your message as I was browsing through stuff on my pc. I hope everything's ok. I've seen pics of the floods on tv. It's raining here now again. The weather has been awful.

I am sorry to hear about your children gabby, but also glad that the situation is improving. Hope all will be fine soon. I just have seen your discussion about the flood. I'm sure the water has gone down even farther since you posted this discussion, but you and your family are, and have been, in my thoughts and prayers. I missed your discussion on that one. I know how awful it is at the moment. I can't believe the weather we are having. My heart goes out to everyone affected. Did you see that sweet old couple on the news? Half their house was literally swept away. You could see straight in to their house of over 40 years. It is so sad. And to make it worse in some areas people are looting!!! Luckily where we are there aren't any severe floods. It's just l ike winter. Lets hope the weather improves real soon. xxx

Oh dearie. Here I am so lost in what you're saying. I was so left out with all those huge discussions piling up on my emails. From what I can decipher, your children went through some natural disaster and now, its on the way to recovery again. When nature struck, we have absolutely no power to take control of it and can only rely on our strong faith to protect and keep us safe. I'm really glad to know that your children are safe. I can understand how worried and agitated you are. As always, my thoughts and prayers will always be with you. PS: my pic will be delivered to you next week, LOL.
