Beverly Hills Cop 4 is in the making. Will you go see it?

wow, thats really funny...that was my hubby and mine second date and when we decided to start going steady...do you realize that was about 22 years ago when the first one came out??!! yipes, i am so old! lol

I will problably wait until it comes out on DVD after the theater is done. I would like to hear the feedbacks. The theaters are a fortune to go to for an hour or so.

Myself, I will wait for it to come out on dvd or on to the cable option where you can watch it at home. I do like the Beverly Hills Cops and I think Eddie Murphy is a super actor..so if he is in it..it's apt to be great;)+

I don't honestly know. I thought the first one was a classic, and the second one was a stretch but not too bad. Then there was the third one; that one really made me disappointed, with the exception of the fact that they filmed it at the theme park I worked at (not while I was working, it was off season, but it was still cool). I am wary about them trying to make a fourth one. It could be good, it's been quite some time since the last one, but it would really need a great script and a good story and not just an attempy by a studio to make a movie just to make money and not a good movie. We'll have to wait and see...

I thought the first one was real funny.In fact,i saw it saw many times,i am sick of the franchise.lol I do agree eddy murphy is very funny.

I thought the first 'Beverly Hills Cop' was very funny and clever. The second one wasn't too bad either. I don't even remember the third one so why would they go ahead and make a fourth one. I think that the mainstream movie industry is pitiful. They really appeal to the lowest common denominator at times, like making a sequal to a movie that really doesn't deserve it. Also, if Eddie Murphy is going to be in this one, well then he must be desperate. I would have thought after he did 'Dreamgirls' and being nominated for an Oscar that he could be more picky, unless of course they have picked two younger actors for the roles, but it still wouldn't entice me to see it.

I will go and see it just to see if Murphy still has that old magic that made him a popular actor in the first place. His run of family films needs to be killed off with the foul mouthed Axel Foley once again. I enjoyed watching the other Beverly Hills Cops movies and I like Eddie Murphy. So I will probably watch it but I think I will wait until it comes out on dvd. I'm not one to go to the theater very much anyway.
