Haven't written is so long I am getting writers cramps...Has this happened to

you? I am so used to typing...today I went to write in a journal and I was getting cramps in my hand...What is the difference between typing and writing? Has this happened to anyone...

I think it may happen to most of people sometime. Of course, it did happen to me.
From my point of view, I think the biggest difference between typing and writing is that the former just needs you to do some exercises on your fingers and eyes as our brain rests. The latter can not use them only and you have to rack your brains to some extent.
Just my own opinion.

thank you..That sounds about right.....I think it has to do with the way my fingers are depending on which one I am doing..my fingers are a little straighter when I type, and different when I am gripping a pencil..With the pencil I am pressing a little harder than I would on the keyboard...thank you
