Yes I've seen that before. There are warning labels on lots of products that seem ridiculous. For food items it is often required to put allergy warnings on food that might cause allergic reactions. I've actually seen a jar of peanuts say "Warning: Contains Nuts" or a carton of milk that says "Warning: Contains Milk". You'd think those things would be so obvious that they wouldn't need warning labels.

This reminds me of the lawsuit I heard about once where a woman sued McDonald's because she had gotten a cup of coffee through the drive-thru window prior to the "Caution: I'm Hot" labels they put on the cups. Anyway, this woman apparently won several million dollars because she got bad burns when she slammed on the breaks in her car to avoid an accident and spilled the hot coffee all over herself. Granted, these warning do have some use: my friend once cut out the part of the coffee cup that had the warning on it and pinned it to the front of her shirt for a laugh. It made me think that those warnings can be used for something more than pointing out the obvious to idiots.
