How can I earn with my photos here in myLot? Any suggestions?

I'm just new here and I'm also an enthusiast of photography. How do I get a lot of friends here? I suggested in my one of my discussion that we can post photos of your favorite and get feedbacks from other photographers to get a lot of replies. Any other suggestions from the photography group? How can we increase our response?
