How do you do if the people familiar with you don;'t support your in your work?

Many times,the people more familiar with you don't support you in your work.And under this situation,you feel a shame to blame and don't want to damage the relation between you.But people will do the same in the next time.
Some people say that:there's no friends in workplace.Do you agree?And what do you do when you meet the same situation?

there is no true friends in your work. if you treat this relationship as friendship, it will block your work and you will not find out the right answer how to do your work. in your work you must keep proper distance away from your colleagues. it seems that you are in good relationship. but if you like something, it will be another problem.
