how much do you earn for every participation and so on?

I have no idea how this site works. Do you have to pay monthly for your account? And how are you paid?

I'm not sure what we earn for each individual post we make, but I think I heard somewhere that it probably works out to a penny a post, or something like that. I have no problem earning aproximately $10 monthly.
