How to monitor another contact's chat..?

Dear Friends, I'm using skype to chat with my girlfriend.But recently i feel that she is trying to cheat me.So now i want to monitor her chat through skype.With whom she is chatting while she is online.So can anybody please tell me is there any software to track another contacts chat through internet. Thanks
