The Jazz filled the position they have been needing to fill for some time now. They took Morris Almond in the first round of the draft. He's a 6'6" shooting guard that spent all four years in college (Rice) instead of coming out early, so he's more polished. He was the 4th leading scorer in the nation in college last year, and has a very sweet outside shot. The Jazz have needed someone to kick the ball out to, like the Spurs do, for a three point shot. Also at 6'6" at the 2 guard he will be able to post up over smaller 2 guards.
