English is most spoken and worldwide accepted language.It is the only language used ,in most of the countries as medium for communication.

I think there are two answers to this question. English is spoken the most as a second language because it is the language of International communication and radio transmition. However, as a first language I am certain the most popular is Maderin Chinese
