...there was a time in my life when i have asked myself "why am i living? or what am living for? or simply what's the purpose of my life?...i have read and learned from different cultures how they define life..such in Buddhism where life is a cycle...and Christians defined life as temporal but could be possibly become infinite when chosen to be among the faithfuls to reign with the Lord Jesus Christ....life for some is a ways of cleansing the spirit or the soul in preparation for the next stage of life...so different ideas from different culture and beliefs...how about you? what does life means to you? or why do you think are you alive? and what do you live for?

I think a lot of people can worry so much about what is to come and they miss the wonderful gift of life that we have today or tomorrow. We can be so obsessed with the hereafter and miss whats under our nose.

Hello there gregory_burnz!
I too asked myself those questions at one point in my life, but since I have had children life has become clear to me. I live my life for children, they are everything to me. The lord chose to bless me with motherhood and although times may get rough at times, it is the faith that I carry in my heart and the love I have for my children that allows me to look forward to the next day.
With that being said I will leave you with one of my favorite “life” quotes;
Life is too short to wake up in the mornings with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that EVERYTHING happens for a reason. If you get the chance, TAKE IT, if it changes your life, LET IT. NOBODY that it'd be EASY, they just PROMISED it would be WORTH it.
