how to balance??? ........

My formula is to be content with yourself. You should not ape the neighbours and friends and try to reach their level of achievement. Always try to remember that the grass is not greener on the other side, but it can be green on your side too, if you know how to tend your garden well. Do not set unrealistic goals for yourself and be happy with whatever you achieve. You can of-course try to develop yourself, but not at the cost of your sanity. Also remember that time well-spent with your family (not necessarily money well-spent) is worth than many career moves!
