yii.. last time i made a website for a kid here in the philippines but unfortunately, i am not handling it now.. you can make your webpages if you do html or php.. but there many websites now that are simply made from templates, and it is very easy to use.. try www.freewebs.com or www.freehostia.com.. you can check the website at www.julijo.uni.cc

Learning HTML isnot too hard www.htmlgoogies.com helped me a lot when I was building my website. Now I just use microsoft publisher and upload everthing to webhosting service )

yah, that is a good website too. if you can have dreamweaver installed in your pc, it would be much easier.. :)
