do you read novels or listen to music before sleeping at night?

I love to do either before I GO TO SLEEP. But it all depends, i am a undergraduate student, so i can't say with surity that I will get time before every nite. We will have a lot of work that we have to spare our sleep sometimes. So just as I lie down I will be fast asleep. But when i get time I will do either of the two depending on mood. I keep reading if I do'tget sleep. But this is a rare care. I feel it as a source of relaxation beofre i sleep , it will clear all my thought so that I can sleep peacefully.

I’m a classical music lover and I like listening to music when I go to bed. Classic FM is my favorite so after saying evening prayer I normally tune it in so I could enjoy the music while I’m going to bed. The lovely music always makes me pleasant and comfy.

I always like to read a bit before sleeping. It relaxes me and helps me fall asleep nicely.
It doesn't really matter what kind of book but I tend to read a mystery more than other genres.
MY husband prefers to listen to some relaxing music just before falling asleep, he just gets the radio set to turn off after a certain amount of time and lets himself fall asleep listening to the music, so in the end I benefit from both LOL

well i get good sleep at night i dont need to read or listen anything but if i am willing to do something for sleeping i would listen to soothing music, not that of rock type as i dont like it when i am about to sleep and the soothing music helps me relax.

I actually leave slow tempo music playing overnight (at a low volume of course), music of genres such as ambience or experimental. It helps me fall asleep, and drowns out the repetitive noise of the air conditioner.
