Yes lots of people, and it also depends what you mean by love. Sometimes I love the people around me so much, my family and friends that it makes me cry. If you mean a specific relationship with a partner, I think every single one would be the answer. If you mean have I cried because I loved someone and the feeling wasn't mutual, yes I've done that a few times too.
