I get their daily newsletter. You are so right, this is one wonderful website! Not only can you learn easily about computer problems, but they also explain programs, digital cameras, and all that kind of thing too. I've gotten their newsletter for years, and I've learned SO much from them, and all in language that I can understand.

I like that website it is really good and it has so much information, I just got a newsletter in my email today.
