is the baby sitting on their own yet? that helps when you scatter soft toys aroun them and they play and learn to grasp things. rattles and bells and so on fascinate them. solids i dont know. i started mine on solids at 4 months.

mine sat at 3 and a half months, but all are different. babies do everything you dont expect. just relax.

Drinking bottles or nursing. Maybe some rice cereal. Hold off with other food until she can eat the cereal.
Tummy time is good. Put things on the floor for her to look at. She might be rolling and possibly sitting up. Once she can do those the next step may be crawling. My son skipped crawling though. All babies are different so don't compare too much of what other babies her age are doing.
Read to her. She will love to hear your voice and getting her used to looking at books helps later one. She may start talking or reading earlier.

Four months old infant can't eat solid food, maybe a little fine cereal for the babies.
give her a teether as a toy and make sure that it is clean always before giving it to her.
