for a 60,000 mortgage with a 10% downpayment thats for a house, we have found a modular home for 49900, we have turned in our credit app, and it will be going to a couple banks tomorrow, we have the land that were gonna put the modular on, we also have the deed so that will be our downpayment, seeing as we have been approved for a mortage for a house do u think we will be approved for the modular? boy i sure hope so...let me know what u think...think we will find out this week, it will be turned to banks on monday :)
