myLot pay out, Is this true or just another scam?

I started here in myLot a few days ago because it was introduced to me by my niece who is into this myLot. But I really don't know if this payout thing of myLot is true or not. Have you received any amount of money from them? Is this true or just another cheap Ads?

Do not have any notions about mylot because this is one of the most promising sites I have ever come across.All my friends have received prompt payments.None have been duped.Though I have not received any payment personally till date I am confident that I will reach the 10$ minimum checkout level before the end of this month.
