Objective of an Employee

To be working eight or so hours for the day's pay is so tiring. Boredom and perhaps laziness keeps on reminding us to go home or have a good time after or even before our work ends. Why is this? Perhaps during our first interview upon acceptance of our jobs we have no choice but to agree on the our Employer's demands. Then when we were hired boredom sets in. Our objective would have been lesser working hours and more pay. Though this is not possible at all times every employed individual should have this in mind. Its like a transition to become an employer ourselves.

I actually have a job that I rather enjoy. I love learning about banking services, helping customers, solving problems, many of the things that I do at my job. I would like to earn more money, but overall I don't really spend my whole day bored or feeling lazy.
I think it's sad that so many people are in jobs they don't enjoy. I've had jobs in the past that paid me more than my bank teller position does now, that made me absolutely miserable! So for me if it's a question of either making more money or enjoying what I'm doing, I'd definitely rather get by on a bit less money!
I've been out of work for a couple of weeks now because of illness, and I won't be sure for a while when I'll get to go back, and right now I really find myself missing my job already. My coworkers, my customers, all of it!

In my case, I don't have much to work since our production is doing well.
I am working for 8 hours and dedicated to my work, come on time, willing to handle another field of work when needed.
