A healthy mind in a healthy body, that's what the famous saying goes. Yes ofcourse, we need keep fit to be active, now how to keep fit? Following a regular healthy routine of life style will make you keep fit physically and mentally. Start your day with yoga or a warming up physical exercise a brisk walk can serve a miracle. Then comes a nutricious breakfast, never stick to junk foods are the ready to eat readymade items. Go in protein rich diet with mineral supplement and vitamins, for this fresh salads, fruits, steam cooked food dry fruits are the good source. Take the breakfast heavy, lunch mild and dinner half. This should your diet mantra. Take plenty of fluids through out the day. Now at work place, do concentrate on sitting posture, never sit for too long, get up and walk in between. Never postpone if you feel like going to washrooms blaming the workload. Always try to be cool and relax. Never loose your temper unnecessarily, listen to music a good way of relaxation. Read good books. A small step will take you miles far. Be healthy be happy. Pls give some more tips which is easy to follow and is fruitful in practice to keep us fit from mild health problems.

I aslo think that your home and work environment has a lot to do with your overall well being. I totally agree with what adhering to these health tips will do but one should also be in a place of relaxation at work and at home. If possible take regular vacations, find a job that is satisfying not just financially, try and live somewhere quiet or if that is not possible immediately, try and make your rest area at home as quiet and relaxing as possible. Rest also a plays a vital role in your health. Many people just simply work too hard. Being concerned about making money, but what good is making all the money and not being able to spend it properly or have time to enjoy it. Rest should be atleast 6-8 hours daily. If you dont rest and take care of your health and you get ill, how valuable are you going to be to yourself, family and your employer.

Very nice one for discussion as this will be of great help for many as you have given some valuable tips.Happiness gives health and only when we are in good health our mind works perfectly. Since most of us sit for long hours in office its good to take lots of water to keep our body cool. One cannot avoid loosing temper but should now to control the anger.I listen to music when am not in good mood so that i can make myself calm and while iam angry i never talk to anyone for sometime so that i can avoid unncessary exchange of words.

Very true my friend. We must try tio inculcate such habits in our lives. However life is such where its too tough to maintail the entire thing. work could cause the delay in food intake, it could hamper sleep. Timing goes improper and offcourse too much of exertion. yET we try to maintain as much but again the greed of oily and junk food comes in between. So its so tough. I am just wanting to reduce by 10 kgs and i dont understand where i am stuck.
