recently i did one life changing course called art of living where meditation was very important but doing that i feel quite changed now i have a solution for my problems and don't get really irritated ,do u meditate and have u been benefitted?

Hi Aissha, Yes, I do practice the famous technique of meditation "Transcendental Meditation" by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. I am an advanced meditator and getting excellent results too.
The meditation what you learnt (Art of Living) goes on the same lines. Infact, one small information I would like to share. The famous Sri Sri Ravi Shankarji who started "Art of Living" also happens to be the student of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Yes, In the morning I meditate for some time. I spare time for pranayama also daily. Meditation helps in energising our mental health. When we meditate, we think about only one thing and saves lot of energy being waste in lacs of thoughts come to our mind every minute. Meditation helps us in recharging our brain. When we sit silently in a posture at a calm place, we breath slowly but deeply and concentrate on this breathing or on one particular point. This thinking on only one thing helps us in getting unanswered questions. It happens naturally.
