Today I'm on a real rant.
Who on here has been to London, England before?
Well, if you haven't, I'd advise you never to go. It's far too crowded, overpopulated if you ask me, you have no space to breathe (especially in the City), everyone's in a rush and they all look so miserable.
I am originally from London and moved away from it almost 3 years ago, to a city that has pretty much the same things, minus the overpopulation. Now when I go back to London to visit family and friends, it actually stresses me out, to the point where I question why it took me so long to leave in the first place!
There's so much money in that city, yet there are so many areas where money is lacking and people are still living in poverty, can you believe it. The distribution of wealth is unequal to say the least.
I could go on about the issues there for hours, but I want to hear what you guys think.

I used to live in the county of Kent, one and a half hours from London. I hated working there when I younger. Getting on busy and crowded underground and normal trains was tiring. Sometimes I had to stand up until I was almost at my home station. Where I worked was near to the River Thames and the beautiful Tower Bridge. It was lovely to walk around there some lunch times.
Going shopping in Oxford Street I noticed all the miserable people rushing along. At Trafalgar Square I used to like feeding the birds but sadly this has been stopped now. I still think about going to wonderful Kew Gardens and beautiful Hampton Court. The museums and art galleries are superb.
So I think working in London is awful and living there in poverty is terrible, being a tourist is still enjoyable. It is such a large city and it will be the busiest place many people will go in their lives.

Yeh, I suppose for tourists it must be nice, but for people who have to live there day in day out, it must be horrid. Well, for some people anyway. Mind you, if they hated it so much, they'd all have left by now.
It has everything, that much can be said about it, but the overpopulation leaves a lot to be desired, and you can't really enjoy the city and its history because of that.
