Being born and brought up in the US all my life English is the only language I know. When I was in school I was never interested in learning another one. This is a sore subject for me since there are now so many different languages spoken here.

Hello vasimb!(",) It's good that you are learning English. Me? I can speak 3 languages fluently, Tagalog ( our national dialect), Cebuano (my native tongue), English (my second language). I konw some japanese words and korean as well but I am not good at speaking them. I am learning German because I have cousins who are from Germany and its hard to communicate with them. It's really very helpful if we know many languages. Great day to you! Keep it up!(",)

I've studied English (of course), French, German, Latin, and Old English. Unfortunately, I don't really know any of them other than English. I can still identify a few words in the other languages, and say a few phrases in some of them, but I don't really read any of them or understand them when they are spoken. I think to really learn a language, you have to keep up with practicing it, and I haven't had the time to do that.

Well, to be honest i can speak finnish and english "good", but i know little: Swedish, Deutsch and Japanese. What i mean by "good" is a language i understand almost every word and i am able to talk with that language without any problems whatsoever. Its fun to learn new languages and i will be looking forward to learn some more languages.
