Too many cakes to little time

I think I over did it when I said yes to 6 graduation cakes and 4 wedding cakes for this weekend. The cakes are all easy ones but I still have to bake them and ice them before sat. I do not like to freeze my cakes as I advertise them to be freshly made. How soon can I start baking the cakes? I guess I will have to pull an all nighter or two for this mistake. hugs

Good God, this many cakes for one kitchen.
This happens when everybody graduates at the same time.
On the other hand it spells success and income. You are doing ok.
If you keep this up then you will need employees.
I think it is quite a success story and I think your cakes must be delicious if you get so many orders.

It may make for a busy few days but I am sure that you are getting paid for them so do not despair. I know many people who would like to have the opportunity to make some extra money these days. If I was a cake decorator, I would do the same thing and I would not fret if I had too much work to do.
