WORDS of GOD should be used to encourage people. I just wonder why others use GOD's WORDS to condemn others.
DO you use GODs WORDS to condemn people? to condemn unholies? to condemn non-believers?
Many mylotters DO this for the sake of conversation....and i believe this is not right.

For me, I see it that most mylotters perceived that they were condemned because they were hurt by the truth that's in the Bible. It was quoted in the Bible that the Scriptures should be used for correction, rebuking, teaching and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16) and not just to encourage. The word of God is all truth.

Yes, truth hurts.
And i agree with the passages you brought up.
But God said, "There is proper time for everything". Dont we think we should consider the timing on when to used corrections, and when to use encouragement?
In a win win scenario. Believers will have a hard time to win souls should they start using the words to condemn rather than to encourage.
The term "rebuking" is used in your passage. "Rebuke" is mostly known term for the believers. I'll bet a bottom dollar, some non believers don't know the term....
I may conclude, when Timothy said this passages, he is talking to the believers/followers of christ rather than gentiles. We'll i haven't reviewed the passage you have shared yet but when we are to analyze some passages, let's try to consider the timing, the event, the culture to whom this words are addressed.... Cause we might miss something and have a false interpretation of the passage.
Am i making sense? :)

We cannot condemn, not even God condemns people, they do it theiselves all alone. The Bible says that those who will not believe are already condemned, because they are sinners. But for everybody there is a way to salvation, and we should encourage people to take this decision and repent. But also we must show them what are the consequences of persevering in sin, this must be done very carefully and not in the selfrighteous way many believer treat with non-believers.

It is quite sad that believers cannot win non believers because they put themeselves in the realm of holies of holy. Even christian commits sins. Everybody does.
Maybe the best way to win them is tell gods promises, and encouragement rather than using condemning words that is written in the bible. They would not understand, and the resistance will be greater.
I am sad everytime some believers said that only us will be saved.... Because non believer tends to reject.
I believe winning them comes with a prayer but using the word of God to prove who will be save and to the point that some uses passages that is condemning just to prove their point...They can never win non believers. they will drove them away from them and will mark all christians/ believers as an object that condemns people.
I hope we as believer must use the words of God Properly..:)

In the issue of sexuality, religion & lifestyles....
Some uses the word of God. It is not right. I believe this should not the right way specially when we want to win people.
I suggest we use the word of GOD to encourage. To make them accept the truth they want to believe in and let God's word work for them. Soon they will realized what should be done right.
I discourage those who are well versed in the bible to cease from using the word of God for nonsense.Afterall, they might be blinded that it is GOD whom we should glorify not ourselves.
