Libra isn't a fire sign. Aries, Leo and Sagitarius are the only fire signs. Or did I misunderstand what you meant?

Mine is dog.
The Chinese animal signs are a 12-year cycle used for dating the years. They represent a cyclical concept of time, rather than the Western linear concept of time. The Chinese Lunar Calendar is based on the cycles of the moon, and is constructed in a different fashion than the Western solar calendar.
In traditional China, dating methods were cyclical, cyclical meaning something that is repeated time after time according to a pattern. A popular folk method which reflected this cyclical method of recording years are the Twelve Animal Signs. Every year is assigned an animal name or “sign” according to a repeating cycle: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Boar. Therefore, every twelve years the same animal name or “sign” would reappear.

Yes you´re right, I´m an OX not a buffalo, translated problems, I remember the animal in portuguese language which is "boi" or female "vaca = cow", then I put buffalo, now I´ve checked and it´s OX.

I'm a monkey 1980. My partner is a dragon, we're supposed to be really good together! My kids are a rabbit and a rooster. The oldest was born in 2000 which was the year of the dragon but he was born before the start of the Chinese new year so he's a rabbit(1999) and the baby was born in 2005.
