Advice to the Boss

* Wait till five o'clock to bring me work.
* Run in and interrupt me every 10 minutes to inquire as to how it's going.
* If you give me more than one job to do, don't tell me which is the priority. Let me guess. It builds my management skills and mind-reading abilities.
* Keep me late. I like the office and really have nowhere else to go and nothing else to do.
* If you have any instructions for a job, don't write them down. Save them until the job is almost done.

Soem advice for employee:
If it is really important they will give you more time
If they interuppt you then you know there a$$ is in a sling
Staying late shows how valuable you are to the company and how poor their skills are.
Intructions they are still trying to figure them out before they tell you and then they read them wrong told ytou different and you are back to square one.
