If you're not a cook you might like those pancake mixes out there. Just pour some into a frying pan that's already been greased. Wait for it to start bubbling and then flip it over and cook the other side. If you want a very easy recipe use one cup self-rising flour, 1 egg, and seltzer or milk - enough to get the consistency you want. Start by mixing your egg in a bowl with an electric beater, add the flour and then the liquid.

Hi Janand, I like pancake once in a while and i like to make from scratch ,i don't like the ready mix package pancake just because it taste better.Below is the pancake recipe :
GREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour, stirred or sifted before measuring
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
PREPARATION:
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine egg and milk; add to flour mixture, stirring only until smooth. Blend in melted butter. Cook on a hot, greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

I would be happy to share a pancake recipe with you:
*2 cups of flour
*one cup of milk
*1 tablespoon of Vanilla
*2 eggs
*1 tablespoon of baking soda
*1/2 cup of sugar
Just mix everything together until the batter is smoothed out:)
I love to make pancakes for my children in the mornings!
