In manga kakashi knows how to use the mangekyos sharingan. how do think that he learned this power?

hmm atleast i know that he got his sharingan from obito, to protect his wife or daughter im not sure and it was part of celebration of kakashi coming chuunin. Kakashi couldnt protect his wife or daughter i dunno who was it. Thats as far as i know.
