Are you happy with your Salary Increments done in your office this year?????

INCREMENTS in the SALARY.....sounds tooooo great!!!!!The D-day for which we all wait with a great eager in our office places. There are always different ways the salaries are incremented by our managers, but re we always happy with those given to us? What about you? Are you happy with the raise made this year?

Yes, we just received our increase last saturday...and we are all happy.

I was not happy. As an Associate General Manager, last October I should have gotten a pay raise, but I didn't. This was the first year in 34 years in the work force that I didn't get one. The corporation claimed it was because it was a down year for the industry. I could go along with that, but our store was 2nd high in the nation for sales increase last year for the corporation. We did a great job. I think we should have been rewarded for our hard work. But we weren't. So, no I was not happy.
