I now usually do water or tea, but I confess I was a sodaholic for quite some time, Dr. Pepper in particular. A high blood pressure scare ran me off of them though, those with caffeine anyway.
I am interested in juices in other places. Please tell me, do they also put high fructose corn syrup where you are, or make them from concentrates so that they have the unnaturally high sugar content that gives them more than 200 calories each serving? That is what those in the United States do, and I really wish they would cut it out. And they wonder why we are fat -- It's because they laden even natural fruit juices with unnatural sugar density. 1 single natural serving is becoming like one tablespoon the way they are concentrating and sugaring juices

Only sugar, as I know. But if I order a juice, I usually ask for no sugar added or just less. Do you always count the calories you eat?

No, I don't eat processed foods (a few exceptions apply, but they are rare) -- it's just the juices I look to see if it's close to (or over) 200 and how they did it, through high fructose corn syrup or by concentrate.
I don't do diet juices either, where they take out all the natural sugar as well and put synthetic sweetners in their place. That makes absolutely no sense to me at all ... and it also ends up tasting sickening sweeter than if they would just leave the natural stuff alone.

After eating, I usually drink water. Though juice taste so so good. Water keeps us more healthy. But wait, are we talking about powdered juice or fresh juice ?..hehehe!!! anyway, water cleanses our body more and helps to keep our skin smooth.
by the way, I'd rather drink water cause after drinking juice or water beverage there is..u would still be thirsty...don't you think?!!!

I always prefer soft drinks to juice. I don't know why but may be I enjoy the extra sugar it offers. But juice is supposed to be healthier and more nutritious but I don't think it is all of them that are as healthy or as nutritious. There is this particular juice that actually got me a little sick. May be I am allergic to some of the ingredients it contains.
