c: windows system change..

I need help guys..when i run my anti-virus it says something is changed...should i worry about my PC? How can i fix this?
C:\windows\system32\kernel32.dll ....changed
C:\windows\system32\user32.dll......changed
C:\windows\system32\shell32.dll.....changed
C:\windows\system32\ntoskrnl..exe...changed

I use AVG free anti-virus, when it does the full disk scan the first 4 lines are always that. At the end it still says that everything is ok, so these four files must change regularly. So therefor I don't think you should worry about it, my computer is stil running good.
