Alway give + rank to every body...

Hi Ruchi, well giving a + ranking is not always required. If we help them out y giving them the help and support they need , the solutions to the problems they face, that would act as a step to be betterfriends than just the + rating. Yes not to give - ratings but just a positive response also helps. Earlier i used to. But no more nowadays. I love to resopond positively and help them directly.

You are correct Ruchi. I appreciate your positive attitude. We should always take anything in positive way. We must give + mark to most of the responses/comments of our friends as they have spared lot of valuable time for our topic. We have to leave only few cases like answered in Yes/No/Thanks etc or finished just in one line. I do not give + to such cases. Negative marking is very rare. If I do not find any comments/responses worth reading I ignore simply without + or - marking.

Giving rank for good quality responses is your prerogorative. You are not supposed to annouce about it. Though your intentions are honourable, mylot should not take it otherwise. Please check the mylot guidelines. You please give what you want to give, please do not announce about this earlier or later.

hi ruchiteen i usually thank them for their responses. For the time they gave in reading my discussions and for the effort in answering them :)
