World of Warcraft: Buying/Selling Gold

Also in reference to World of Warcraft, i wonder what people who play this game think about buying gold/selling gold from this game via websites?
I personally have bought gold (made $10US for 150 WOW Gold) and sold gold (Bought 70G for $8US) and i found it to be very convinient as i had money on one character on one server and none on the other server.
The economy is still stable despite blizzard trying to stop the selling of gold, however i wonder what your views are of this?

When you sold gold for that price, who did you sell it to? 70,000 seems like an awful lot of gold to only get $8 for!
