Some people are lucky enough to find willing and good mentors.Or their company may even have such a mentor program.But if that"s not the case for you, observe people around you that have what you aspire to have or that you admire professionally.Dont be them.Dont copy them.Just observe and analyse their work quality, image,dress,way of speaking, gestures, etc. What qualities make them so professional in your eyes? and you can bet many of them worked at these qualities. These observations might give you fodder to think about what areas you 'd like to work on in you own style or image.And one day you might be someone else's role model, whether you know it or not.
