i'm not a member of any mlm company because i know i can't succeed in it because i don't want to sell anything and i do'nt want referring people.

The best MLM for me is the one that is in my profile. The structure of the biz is in powerline form so that I can benefit from everyone in the entire powerline. There isn't a best company. There are many good companies. You have to choose one that gas a product you believe in and can get behind. You do need to do your research on the company, and the compensation plan. Choose a company where you benefit more from your work than anyone else. You also need a mentor you like. The biggest issue with most people joining an MLM or network marketing company, is they are disappointed quickly. If you have a goal amount in mind, figure out exactly what you need to do to make that amount. How much in sales? That gives a you a realistic idea of what to expect. I joined a company because I didn't ever want to go back to an office environment and it is a way a person can do well without the hassles of owning the business. I have been with 3 companies. The first I joined because it was the first presented too me - not the best idea. The culture and presentation wasn't for me. Plus if I had gone for customers, I might have done better. The second company I joined because they have a good understanding of an average family. They dont' believe in people getting into debt or buying what they don't need. I liked their integrity and the products are awesome. I am still with them. The third company I had to join. I heard someone's success story with the product and their enthusiasm was catching. Itried the product for myselfand saw how well it worked. There was no way I couldn't join. It's a product many people have been waiting for, plus it's easy to sell. The best MLM company is one that pays of VOLUME and NOT on LEVELS. Most companies are structured where you have volume under you where you must "qualify" to get paid on. These people won't have been in business unless you had started and yet you have to "qualify" to get paid on their efforts still...rubbish. It's sad to see good people build groups going down 10 or 11 levels and they're only paid up to the 9th...the company tells you they'll get part of the "global bonus pool"...only a small fraction of people ever get from that bonus pool and YOU"RE NOT one of them. Another great factor for the best company is one where the part timer earns great income because 95% of people in MLM are part timers so it makes sense to have a company that pays these people. Instead of having a team where 2 people are earning $30,000 a month, I chose a program that enables normal people to earn so we can have 30 people earning $2000 a month instead. Another factor to make the best MLM company is one where you earn the same money from customers AND distributors...instead of high pressure hard sell situations where you offer products at ridiculously high prices and tell people to join you if they want it cheaper...I've found a company that sets ONE price for its products so I don't have to become a recruiting genius to earn money.
