Today my Boss give a big leacture on how to grow Business and make it profit .
One point which stroke me most is of business,
Can any body let me why it is important.

Yes break even analysis is very important in business it is the situation of no profit no loss.It is the minimum amount of sales which a business has to make in any case to avoid losses.At this place your sales are equal to your cost.So you have to make sure that your sales should fall below this point rather all efforts should be made either to increase sales or to decrease cost.
