Do you feel sad when it rains?

I don't go out much anyway so it really doesn't bother me when it rains. But I know of people that gets kind of down when it rains. I sometimes like to walk in the rain if its warm outside.

That depends entirely on if I have to go out in it or not..

Hello argie. I'm the total opposite of you. I actually embraced rainy season rather than the usual hot and humid weather we have here. I prefer the cool air and the state of relaxation and comfort it gave me. If you ever experience winter, that's the gloomiest weather you'll ever seen. The sky is too dark and the air will chilled you to the bone. Now that's kind of weather that can really make me a little lonely.

Of course not!! I love to see the darkening clouds and the wind blowing much more than it usually does, trees swaying hard in the wind. I love those dark clouds and when I was younger, it used to make my mind very light just looking at the beauty before it starts to rain. However, I wouldn't be able to bear it if it rains continuously. Frequent rain is disgusting.

I don't get sad when it's raining.. Because rain falls are so relaxing to me.. I would read a book when its raining, it would help me to sleep.

Yes I guess I do But I know the reason why. When it rains I have more pain. The pain is what makes me sad. I'm always saying Rain Rain Go Away......

Not usuallly. It is part of how the world works. It is natural to rain. Now, if it rains for 10 days straight, I might feel different. But no matter the weather, it is only temporary.

Yes, I do many times. ANd there is a psychological reason for it. People with depressive tendencies feel gloomy when it rains because of the gloomy light and the restriction over freely moving around brought by rain. I try to overcome it by thinking about the positive things about rain, like, I imagine that in summer there is scorching heat which causes so much sweating and that its nothing like that in rain.

It doesn't look too colorful, but I do not feel sad. In fact many times I enjoy it. When rain drops fall on my face or head I enjoy it for a while. I enjoy little drops of rain with little wind. If it is not that cool, I may stand and walk in rain and wind. I like when wind trikes my body and face. If it is mild, I will remain longer in wind and a little rain. After every rain, the outside scene looks new, fresh and invigorating.

I like the rain, it makes everything healthy and green. Also helps me to appreciate the sunshine. While much of the U.S. is experiencing drought right now, there are many who are experiencing floods. It would be nice if everyone would get a little rain now and then, I just hate the wind and tornados that sometimes accompany these rains.

I love the rain. It reminds me of renewal. It cleans the air and feed the plants, grasses and wildlife.

I don't feel sad when it rains, I feel mad. Especially when I have something to do outside. :-) You said you feel like the heavens sympathizes with you. I think its because the heavens wanted to tell you something. That you're lucky cause everyday is not rainy day.

i don't feel sad but i just feel that the things i ought to do is going to be a mess...in other words my day is not complete..why?who wants to go out and hang out wiht your friends when it is raining...

i enjoy the rain... it clears the air so you can breathe properly, it washes away the dirt of daily life and then natures gives us a beautiful light show in the form of a rainbow

I don't feel sad when it rains.. I love the rain and love listening to it's pitter pattering as it hits the roof or window sill. I don't think any type of weather really saddens me. I do think that the extremem heat is a worry since it is ideal for forrest fires, drought and heat exhaustian.+

Since my childhood days I have always liked walking in the rain. Playing in the water drops, getting myself all soaked up. It has always been fun. The clouds still remind me of my free childhood, worrieless times, when I just used to enjoy that coolness. I still never miss a chance to go out and get wet, still there are very few chances that I get. Moreover then I used to get wet with my frineds and enjoy, but now I don't have many. Not that they left me, but they are busy these days. How I miss those days. I like to walk in the rain with the drops hitting my face and my chest. Its just so wonderfull. I like the smell of the wet soil after the rain. Its so nostalgic. Rain makes me feel free always. There's one more thing that I like to do when it rains, and that is, to sit at my home near the window or the balcony and watch it rain while sipping on a hot cup of tea. Its really rain when I feel depressed by he rain, I like to get out and get wet. Its really fun. Yeah some times it so happens that it starts to get borin when its cloudy outside all day long and doesn't even rain once. Its really stupid. Either it rains or else stay the same. i don't necessarily feel sad when it rains but for sure it's a glooming feeling which i get!! i m not that much of out going type but still i like a bright and sunny day which is so full of energy. so evidently, i don't like the darkness rain brings with itself and a feeling of laziness(maybe because i m already very lazy!lol)

No i dont feel sad when it rains.I feel happy for the plants and for the farmers and also happy for myself for I love the rain.Its so comforting the sound of the rain as if each drop is music to my ears and I love it most when I am about to sleep. Its like sweet music playing and hoping and praying that it would not end.

No not exactly. I feel good when it rains as do many other Indians. It's a hot country here and rain is hard to come by. Hope the rain is good this year too.

Oh i love rain very much. I like the coolness of the breeze and i love to sleep. I am just worried about the people who don't have any shelter when it rains so hard.
